The Micro-Cosmic Orbit is a classic Daoist Qi Gong (Energy cultivation) practice for general well-being as well as clearing old karmic patterns.

The Macro-Cosmic Orbit:
The Macro-Cosmic Orbit is a less known, very powerful classic Daoist Qi Gong practice that includes all 8 Extra-Ordinary Meridians.

This image shows in large where - in relationship to the spine - the "suspenders", the energy lines on the front and back run. Find them by spitting up from the center of the perineum going up the back, and then going down the front from the middle of the shoulders.
Please ignore the direction of the flow on the image.
Body Breathing:
This is a Daoist Qi Gong practice to release stagnation from the body and even clear density patterns from your DNA, thereby increasing the flow of energy and presence of your light.
The 12 Organ Meridians:
This very potent practice unblocks, harmonizes and strengthens your 12 Organ Meridians and thereby your organs, glands and tissues in general.

Correction: The Heart peaks at between 11 am and 1 pm, not at midnight (you can reference your manual for more information).
Embodiment practice:
This recording demonstrates a Qi Gong practice which assists in the EMBODYING of our energy and light - great for anyone looking to become more balanced between the mind/head and the heart/body.
Balance your inner Polarity:
This recording on polarities is to help you understand and balance your natural energy flow so that your system can return to operating in its natural rhythm, flow and intelligence. Please, find illustrations of the mentioned channels in your manual.

To summarize:
​
Modern life tends to break our natural rhythm and pull us out of inner coherence.
The main destabilizers that fragment or invert polarity are:
​
1. Chronic over-stimulation (screens, information overload) through constant light exposure, rapid scrolling, and fractured attention. Our nervous system runs hot, we feel scattered, depleted, our sleep and digestion weaken.
​
2. Disconnection from Earth energy (shoes, concrete, indoor living). We are cut off from the grounding Earth current (negative ions) through our feet/perineum and as a result experience floating head-energy (head aches, dizziness, tinnitus, inability to focus; a weak root chakra, leading to mistrust, anxiety and other symptoms.
​
3. Artificial time pressure & irregular rhythms (work schedules, alarms, lack of natural light & dark cycles, constant productivity demands). This breaks the circadian rhythm and our internal organ clock desynchronizes, our endocrine and nervous system is disrupted, fatigue and other symptoms of imbalance set in.
​
4. Emotional repression / chronic stress (suppressed grief, fear, anger cause stagnation and collapse in the front (yin/receptive) channel. Overcompensation by the back (yang/projective) channel leads to overdrive and then rigidity and burnout.
​
5. Electromagnetic saturation (Wi-Fi, satellites, devices, artificial EM fields). These frequencies subtly entrain the body away from natural Schumann resonance and solar-lunar rhythms. This creates noise in the field, making it harder for the energy body to keep its natural polarity coherent.
​
6. Loss of virtue-based living. Modern culture prizes productivity, image and consumption over embodied trust, compassion and truth. As the living energy of the virtues (which correlate, inform and strengthen the chakras and energy body) is ignored, the natural polarity is destabilized. For example, a lack of trust destabilizes the root (safety vs. fear polarity). A lack of compassion collapses the heart’s unifying current.

7. Severing ritual + breath from daily life. Traditionally, breath, ceremony, prayer, song and movement kept the polarity in our channels clear. With no conscious rhythm-keepers, these currents stagnate.
Our breath shortens, there is no balance and no coherence.
​
In short, our polarities get “off” because modern life pulls us upward (head, solar, yang, projection) and outward (screens, externalized attention), while cutting us off from inward and downward currents (body, Earth, rest, receptivity).
The healing lies in reclaiming rhythm, grounding, virtue, and breath.

What you can do:​
​
1. Breath Rhythm – the Master Switch:
Your inhalation naturally draws yang/solar current up the spine; your exhalation naturally allows yin/lunar current to descend the front.
Microcosmic Orbit (gentle version): 5–7 minutes of slow coherent breathing (in 5 s, out 5 s) breathing up the spine on the inhale and down along the front of the body on the exhale.
​
2. Alternate-Nostril Breathing
A classical practice that directly balances the left (Ida/lunar) and right (Pingala/solar) currents.
Sit upright, left hand on knee, right thumb closes right nostril → inhale left, close left → exhale right, inhale right, close right → exhale left. 3–7 rounds resets hemispheric and energetic polarity.
3. Ground + Sky Anchoring
Spend a few minutes daily standing or sitting barefoot, breathing in and up Earth energy, then switch and inhale down energy from above.This synchronizes vertical polarity (heaven–earth). Powerful to combine with sungazing.

4. Live by the virtues
Live the virtues of each center (trust, creativity, integrity, compassion, truth, clarity, reverence). Virtue stabilizes polarity without forcing energy. Even a small act of honesty, forgiveness or grounded self-care re-orders a center’s charge.
​
5. Embodiment
Eat, hydrate, move and sleep. Gentle walking, sensing your emotions, tai chi, yoga or qigong will do more to restore polarities than intense meditation when depleted. External influences weaken us partly by pulling us out of the body; re-inhabiting the body re-aligns the poles.

A Simple Daily Sequence (10–15 min):
​
✨ 2 min with feet on floor, slow belly breath, grounding into earth and connecting up into sky,
running energy up and down the central channel
✨ 3 min alternate-nostril breathing
✨ 9x microcosmic orbit (up spine on inhale, down front on exhale)
✨ 2 min resting in the heart with a chosen virtue (e.g. trust, gratitude, compassion)

Repeat consistently and your polarity naturally resets and your system regains resilience.

Temperance: Avoiding excessiveness in general.
Water is liquid light.

You will want to drink WATER that is ALIVE - as you ARE water.
