This won't happen to us, but we can learn to cultivte our Jing, our Essence, in such a way that we experience ourselves resourced and capable of being active, astute and adventurous for many years to come.

In this online course, I share methods I have personally tested over years which when practiced on a regular basis lead to a deep inner strength and create a fountain of youth from within.
