In this course, your will be doing deep inner work through which your defenses will break open

and your true Self reveals itself to you.

You will learn how to

achieve clarity of mind
recognize and undo limiting beliefs
heal & harmonize your nervous system
release triggers & trauma energy and free your energy
remember your spiritual truth & find the confidence to be your authentic Self
call back and integrate your Soul essence, the very thing you have been looking for.

You already have everything you need within.

The next EVOLVE group with a maximum of 12 people will begin in December of 2024.

Logistics

You receive the entire audio- and workbook (36 weeks), will listen to the weekly recording and go through the weekly assignments in your own time.

We meet for 60-minute group calls on Zoom every other week during which you will receive additional teachings, get your questions answered and will experience guided meditations as well as monthly Healing Ceremonies.

At the end of the 9 months, you are invited to come to a 3-day retreat on Heart Stone Farm and the Stargate, where we will conclude our journey together with land-based ceremonies in collaboration with the natural and cosmic world.

We will be meeting every other Wednesday at 11 am MST. The calls are recorded and made available to you should you not be able to participate in person.
