Month One
Week 1
Practice for this month:

Two to five times throughout the day, tune in to your lower abdomen and breathe into it for 2 - 10 minutes.
Work toward slowing down your breath so that you breathe about 6 cycles per minute. This creates heart-brain coherence and has many great effects for you we will go into soon.

Practice for week 1:

I recommend you start a journal for this course.
Journaling exercise:
SACRED INTENT:
What is the deepest reason for you to go on this journey?
What is it that you would love to change, create, become, experience or give?

Do not ask you mind, let your heart, your Soul answer. FEEL for it from within.

If you had a magic wand, what would you LOVE to bring about?
Trust that voice. Trust yourself.

Get clear on that intention and bring it as a succinct statement into our next call. Have a candle ready.
Week 2
Practices for week 2:

1. Continue to tune in to your lower abdomen, and breathe with its center, increasing your awareness of the energy in this space.

2. As you continue to being the OBSERVER SELF, pay attention to your thoughts and behaviors throughout the day. Especially notice limiting limiting beliefs and shift them as shared in the video below.
How to change a limiting belief or self-sabotaging patterns

1. Notice the limiting belief.
2. Take a few breaths in through your nose and come to a place of calm centeredness.
(rectangular breathing)
3. Choose to shift to gratitude - for the fact that your awareness is growing, and that you now have the opportunity to change from within.
4. Remind yourself that this is simply an old circuit in your brain, it’s an outdated belief, it’s
not the truth.
You can use a pattern interrupt phrase like “I’m changing right now.” or “This was true for me once, and
now it’s not.”
or "This is nothing but a little thought monster from my past, a pattern of energy, old and dusty. It has no power over me unless I feed it.".
5. Feel your body until you feel grounded and calmer.
5.
Decide for a new reality: Scaffolding image or mini movie: Find, think, imagine and say the positive opposite version of that belief, or the thought you would be thinking if your reality was how you would love it - aka a positive affirmation. Really go into your
body and sense what you would be sensing (temperature, sounds, sights, smells, ...) and feel emotionally what you would/ will feel when it is true. If competing thoughts or emotions come up, feel those in your body (Inner Alchemy) and let them go.
6. Breathe. Move to gratitude and feel calm and peace for this being so.
7. Let go and surrender to it in TRUST (= a practice).

Journaling exercise:
For the next 9 months and perhaps longer, I would like you to decide for 8 gifts in and from life you are living into, and to say them out loud every morning as you wake up. This is very close to your Sacred Intent, and a powerful way to begin to draw it to you and eventually embody it.

For example, "I decide for joy. I decide for perfect health. I decide for authentic love in my relationships. I decide for playfulness and laughter with my children. I decide for deep self-care and self-love. I decide for true fulfillment in my career and creative expression. ..."

Journal on these 8 gifts you are asking for, write them down for now, and then begin calling them forth each morning as you begin your day - leaning into passion, conviction and receptivity, even though you might not feel it each time.

As with all of these practices, notice your emotional response, your mental response and any sensations that come up in your body. This is how your inner landscape begins to reveal itself and how you will learn to steward your energy into greater and greater alignment of what your true self knows and stands for, starving out the old and contradictory patterns.
Week 3
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue to tune in to your lower abdomen, and breathe with its center, increasing your awareness of and the energy in this space.

2. Continue to pay attention to your thoughts and behaviors throughout the day and practice shifting them whenever you notice any limiting patterns.
Practice being the OBSERVER SELF.

3. Befriend your emotions.
See them for what they are - energy in motion - information and feedback about your inner and outer environment.

Realize that you can simply allow and feel them without your mind spinning a tale about them.
This is an important first step to self-mastery, where you stay connected to your True Self and live life from your inner knowing instead of being blown about by external circumstances.

Journaling exercise:

Looking at the areas of your health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), your relationships, your creative expression and career, your personal growth, your physical environment, your time and financial freedom, rate from 0 to 10 how fulfilled you currently are (0 = not at all, 10 = completely fulfilled). If other categories come to mind, please assess them as well. For the two lowest as well as the one that is the highest, journal your current understanding for WHY that might be so.
Week 4
Practices for week 4:

1. Continue to tune in to your lower abdomen, and breathe with its center, increasing your awareness of and the energy in this space.

2. Journaling exercise:

Considering the journaling prompt from last week, what is the lack of fulfillment you recognized an opportunity for? What Soul-level guidance can you recognize?
Enjoy this fun summary of the essence of the energy centers.

Practices for this month:

1. Tune in to your Root Chakra daily. Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space. Putting one or both hands over that area can be helpful.

2. Below, I share the Baby Belly Breath which has been shown to not only soothe your nervous system and release stress, but to activate thousands of natural biochemicals in the body, leading to a deep healing response in body and mind. Practice it for 3-5 or more minutes 2 or 3 times a day, or whenever you feel you need it.

3. I invite you to begin with the guided Chakra Meditations (Root Chakra Breath Practice below) this week and practice ideally daily. Each month, the meditation grows as it will include the next energy center. It is a very powerful way to cultivate your inner guidance system and bring greater health, clarity, presence and creativity into your life.
Practice for week 1:

Contemplative journaling (Write cursive to enhance right/left brain stimulation & balance.)
An imbalanced first chakra can carry fear, mistrust, doubt and worry.
Ask yourself:

What am I most afraid of?

What is the content of my worries?

In which situations and with which people do I withhold openness and trust, and why?
Am I willing to do a 28-day experiment, and replace doubt, worry and mistrust with trust, receptivity and staying open?
What is a step I can take to put my realizations into action?
Week 2
Practices for week 2:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. Find a way to express your FELT gratitude each day. You can write into a gratitude journal, you can give thanks before you begin your meals, as you begin or end your day, on a walk, ... .

3. Spend time earthing, sitting or standing barefoot in stillness and silence on the Earth. Breathe into your root, ground and open yourself to receiving. Stay with it for about 20 minutes or longer.

4. Journaling exercise:
What realizations are you taking away from this week's recording?

What is a perspective or practice you feel is worth exploring and "adding" into your life? What is a perspective or practice you can let go of to make space for this?
Week 3

The Star Spiral - for boundaries, protection and healing
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue your daily meditation with your first chakra.

2. Where do you feel you are lacking healthy boundaries?
Do you feel drained after being with someone or at a certain place?
Feel free to check in with me during our next call to check on actual cords between you and others.
Practice the Star Spiral to reinforce your natural energetic boundaries, esp. if you are about to engage someone or go to a place you usually feel affected by, and notice how you feel.
3. Journaling exercise: SACRED INTENT

Energy Hygiene Practice - reinforcing boundaries
Week 4
Practice for week 4:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. Perform a Despacho Ceremony (despacho means to dispatch).

Journal exercise:

a) What are you giving thanks for and what are you asking for assistance with?

b) Reflect on: what was your experience of the Despacho Ceremony?

How to do a Despacho Ceremony

- find a place in the natural world where you are undisturbed
- bring a large piece of paper and or cloth, flowers, nuts, seeds, cookies, fruit, corn meal, tobacco, ... as offerings to leave in and for the Earth
- sage, palo santo or other herbs to smudge yourself and the space
- a cup with water or red wine (optional)
- begin by offering some cornmeal or tobacco and a prayer, introducing yourself to the land (your full name, son or daughter of ..., grandson/daughter of ..., birth day and location, today's date and location), asking permission to do this ceremony
- lay out your paper in front of you (cloth underneath if you have it)
- set sacred space by calling in all the elements of the natural and spiritual world (ancestors, ...) you feel a relationship with and you would like to have as a witnessing power, asking them to assist you in this thanksgiving ceremony
- 1st half: begin to pray (speak out loud) gratitude for whatever is in your heart into each offering, one by one, placing it on the paper in a symmetrical way after dipping it into the water and wine
- 2nd half: pray into your vision, for something you would like to receive assistance with, in the same way
- when the arrangement is complete, take some time to breathe and feel
- wrap your offering into a bundle and bury it into the ground
- offer a last prayer of thanksgiving and close the space and ceremony in this way

- drinking clean and alive water
- dancing, esp. spontaneous free flowing movements
- creative projects of any kind, like visual art, music, crafts

Practice for week 1:

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced second chakra can carry shame, guilt, unworthiness.
Ask yourself:
What am I ashamed of?
Where do I carry guilt?
What do I feel unworthy of?
How can I practice and demonstrate greater self-love, self-worth and appreciation of myself?
What is a step I can take to put my realization into action?
A practice for cultivating your energy field.
The Inversion: How Religion Demonized Desire
Much of religious tradition—especially post-patriarchal—framed desire as:
A threat to purity, a source of suffering, a temptation that must be overcome.
This framing was not rooted in spiritual truth—but in the control of life force.
To suppress desire was to suppress will.
To suppress will was to disconnect humanity from its sovereign role as co-creator.
The suppression of desire is the suppression of sacred fire.
This seeded generations of shame around pleasure, longing, joy, and fulfillment
—fracturing the sacral and solar plexus chakras, dulling the creative field,
and leaving humans vulnerable to projection, control, and spiritual bypass.
The Restoration: Desire as Sacred Spark
Desire is not craving—it is direction.
Pleasure is not indulgence—it is feedback
from the field that you are aligning with beauty and truth.
Dreams are not delusions—they are encoded blueprints
of what your soul knows is possible.
When felt in coherence (not reactivity), desire becomes a plasma wave that pulls harmonic timelines toward you.
To deny desire is to disown part of your divine inheritance.

To feel desire fully without clinging is to ignite the creative engine of the universe.
Enjoy this beautiful, hopeful and inspiring video on Water.
Practices for week 2:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. What came from your journaling exercise from last week?
Spend at least 20 minutes doing the Inner Alchemy practice with a situation or memory where you carry guilt, shame or unworthiness, release the trauma energy and embrace greater self-love, self-worth and appreciation.

3. Mirror practice: At least 3 times this week, look into your eyes (esp. the left one) for at least 2 minutes and say to yourself "I love you." while staying present with your body, noticing, feeling and accepting all emotions and sensations that occur. Notice limiting beliefs without attaching, just notice and feel their corresponding energy stir and then leave your system.
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue your daily meditation with your second chakra.

2. Do an inventory: What is most out of balance or alignment in relationship with the Sacral Chakra:
Your ability to feel and allow your desires and dreams and let them inspired your creativity?
Your capacity to feel and allow your emotions as compass toward the fulfillment of your Soul's knowing of what brings fulfillment, joy and pleasure?
Your sense of self-worth to be, have and receive or create what you need, want and what brings you joy?

Feel into what the deeper pattern might be. Journal/contemplate in a centered, grounded space, perhaps at the end of your Sacral Chakra meditation.

You can do Inner Alchemy here to clear the trauma charge as well as the attachment of the mind to the story. Take inspired action on at least one imbalance.

4. Get clear on what you are releasing and calling in for the Healing Ceremony (the pattern can be related to the second chakra.

Practice for this month:

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced third chakra can carry blame, repressed anger and resentment, victimhood.
Ask yourself:

Spend at least 20 minutes doing the Inner Alchemy practice with a pattern where you know you carry blame, resentment, suppressed anger or victimhood.

3. Spend time with fire in stillness and silence and practice the Dragon's Breath:
Connect with the consciousness and Beingness of the fire. It's alive.
Deeply inhale into a pattern that arises with the somatic work or just name something you want to let go of, feel where it is in the body, gather up its energy with your inhale and then powerfully exhale its energy into the fire as a gateway of transmutation. Stay in your body, in sensing mode. Do 7 or 9 breath cycles with each pattern or until you feel it is released.
With this breath you demonstrate a very conscious warrior-like posture which can be quite indicated and appropriate at times - as long as it does not include fear or resistance, but understanding, readiness and sovereignty.

Feel into what is the deeper pattern might be.

Journal/contemplate in a centered, grounded space, perhaps at the end of your Solar Plexus Chakra meditation.

THROAT CHAKRA AFFIRMATIONS

I know my truth.
I speak my truth freely.
It is safe to express myself.
It is safe to ask for what I need.
It is safe to be seen and heard.
My voice matters.
I communicate with authenticity.
I am a skillful & effective communicator.
I give others a safe place to voice their truth and know how to listen.
My life has purpose.
I am worthy of living a life on purpose.
I know my purpose.
I let my purpose guide me.
I am creating my purpose work in the world.
Practice for this month

Tune in to your Throat Chakra daily.
Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space.

Below is the Throat Chakra Breath Meditation, it got too long to fit into the audio player format.
My apologies, just seeing that this wasn't posted yet:

Practice for week 1

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced fifth chakra can lead to inauthenticity, difficulty expressing one’s needs, deceitfulness and disconnection from one’s purpose in life.

Ask yourself and journal on:
On a scale from 0-10, how truthful or authentic am I with myself - and with others?
What causes me to hide my true self?
What is the underlying cause of this pattern?
What is the cost of this pattern?
What needs do I shy away from expressing?
Am I willing to ask for what I need?
What needs to be in place for me to feel safe expressing my needs and my truth?
On a scale from 0-10, how aware am I of my purpose, and to what degree am I living it?

What is a step I can take to put my realizations into action?
Practices for week 2:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

You can include the others, but focus on the Throat.

2. What is one "result" you currently experience which you would love to shift, or, what is one experience you would love to experience that is new to you?

Get clear on it and create a verbal statement which represents the fulfillment of it.
Likewise, create "scaffolding imagery", a mental mini movie clip, which shows that this is true for you now. Imbue it with the FEELINGS you would and will feel, when it has come to pass.
As you wake up, at least one in the middle of the day and as you drift into sleep, as well as any time you notice limiting, contradictory or competing beliefs, watch that scaffolding imagery, feel the feelings, even sensations that would go along with it, make it real and speak out loud, like a mantra, the affirmation that adds weight to the co-creative practice. Then, let go, trust, surrender control.

Once you commit to this experiment, do it for at least 2 months or until your intention has materialized.
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue to breathe with your Throat Chakra.

2. Do an inventory:
What is most out of balance or alignment in relationship with the Throat Chakra:

What quality of sounds and verbal information (music, podcasts, conversations...) do I let into my ears and energy field on a regular basis and how do I feel with those sounds?
Do I create enough regular periods of silence to let inner guidance emerge? If not, how can I change that?
When and where or with whom do I not show up as my authentic self?
How can I resource myself to no longer pretzel myself into a more likable or agreeable version that I am not?
Feel into what the deeper pattern might be.

Journal/contemplate in a centered, grounded space, perhaps at the end of your Throat Chakra meditation.
You can do Inner Alchemy here to clear the trauma charge as well as the attachment of the mind to the story. Take action on at least one imbalance.

3. Sound Practices/ Ceremonies

Listen to the recording below and experiment with most of the suggested ways to engage with Sound consciously.
Each major chakra (and corresponding light body layer) can be attuned with a specific tone.
These are the Bija midras (Sanscrit) from the yogic tradition:

Root: LAM - anchors our energy field into the Earth's energy grid; grounding, stabilizing
Sacral: VAM - reharmonizes desire patterns; increases creativity, emotional balance, self-acceptance
Solar Plexus: RAM - clears identity distortions; promotes confidence, will power, self-empowerment
Heart: YAM - expands the toroidal Heart field; encourages love, compassion, forgiveness, inner peace
Throat: HAM - activates our spoken words; enhances self-expression, communication, truthfulness
Third Eye: OHM - aligns with Soul vision geometry; activates intuition and greater awareness
Crown: Silence or AHHH or NGH - opens stellar access channels; tunes to cosmic consciousness
Practices for week 4:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. Experiment with one or more of the ways to strengthen your Throat Chakra.

3. What came from your journaling exercise in week 1?

Spend at least 20 minutes doing the Inner Alchemy practice with a pattern where you know you carry fear or hesitation to express your truth or ask for what you need and want - and initiate the letting go of a pattern that has held you hostage.

4. If you would like to get greater clarity about your purpose, feel free to go through this exercise:

The WHY game

Ask yourself:
Why do you do what you are doing (if you love it) - or what you wish you were doing because you are passionate about it?
What were you passionate about as a child?
What comes easy to you that does not come easy to others?
What do others come to you for?
If money and time or other circumstances were not an issue, how would you invest your energy?
What would you be doing, creating, contributing, giving?
What have you struggled with and overcome or are overcoming – that is universal and that you can help others overcome?
Imagine you are taking your last breaths. You are looking back on your life, what are the things you do not want to regret not having gone for?
Vision feeling fulfilled with what you are, have, do – by holding the energy and emotions of that, the impulses for any next steps to take will come.

5. If you would like to get even clearer on your authentic, innate gifts, be courageous and do this exercise:
... because your natural talents are known to the ones that know you (and asking them can help you find a truer direction in life):
Ask 50-100 people for qualities they see in you which stand out about you, which make you uniquely you.
Most people do this per email. Once you have their feedback, notice the most common ones.
This is a very powerful exercise. If it brings up resistance – great, go ahead and do it anyway.

Example email: “Dear ..., I’m in a program where this week’s homework assignment is to reach out to a number of people and ask them this question: What 3 – 5 qualities do you see in me that stand out about me, that are strong in me, that make me uniquely me? Thank you ...”
Collect the responses and notice the common denominators.
Can you see and feel this in you?

Let in what resonates in your bones.

Practice for this month

Tune in to your Third Eye Chakra daily.
Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space.

Below is the Third Eye Chakra Breath Meditation.
Practice for week 1

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced sixth chakra can lead to confusion, illusion, judgment and separation.

Ask yourself and journal on:
What areas in my life are shrouded in confusion or possibly illusion? Where do I welcome greater clarity?
Where do I feel separate from others and protect myself through judgment?
What must the point of view from the "opposing party" be, and is there a way I can relate?
How can I find BEAUTY in a specific challenge?
Where is there BEAUTY today?
What blocks me from feeling ONE with what or whom I judge?
What is a step I can take to put my realizations into action?
Practices for week 2:

1. Continue connecting with your Third Eye Center - through meditation or other practices.

2. Look over the intention you wrote down during the first week of this course.
How do you feel about it now?
Is it still relevant?
Are you experiencing more of it today?
How would you answer the same question today?

3. What would walking in beauty look like today?
Walking in Beauty: Closing Prayer from the Navajo Way Blessing Ceremony
In beauty I walk.
With beauty before me I walk.
With beauty behind me I walk.
With beauty above me I walk.
With beauty around me I walk.
It has become beauty again.
Today I will walk out, today everything negative will leave me.
I will be as I was before, I will have a cool breeze over my body.
I will have a light body, I will be happy forever, nothing will hinder me.
I walk with beauty before me. I walk with beauty behind me.
I walk with beauty below me. I walk with beauty above me.
I walk with beauty around me. My words will be beautiful.
In beauty all day long may I walk.
Through the returning seasons, may I walk.
On the trail marked with pollen may I walk.
With dew about my feet, may I walk.
With beauty before me may I walk.
With beauty behind me may I walk.
With beauty below me may I walk.
With beauty above me may I walk.
With beauty all around me may I walk.
In old age wandering on a trail of beauty, lively, may I walk.
In old age wandering on a trail of beauty, living again, may I walk.
My words will be beautiful…
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue to breathe with your Third Eye Chakra.

2. Do an inventory:
What is most out of balance or alignment in relationship with the Third Eye Chakra:
What quality of light and imagery information (wall art, movies, social media, light bulbs ...) do I let into my eyes and energy field on a regular basis and how do I feel with it?
Do I create enough regular periods of no visual stimulation to let inner guidance emerge?
How much of my day do I spend on auto-pilot - and loose self-awareness?
Feel into what the deeper pattern might be - do Inner Alchemy with it, or otherwise shift to a more conscious relationship.

Journal/contemplate in a centered, grounded space, perhaps at the end of your Third Eye Chakra meditation.
You can do Inner Alchemy here to clear the trauma charge as well as the attachment of the mind to the story. Take action on at least one imbalance.

3. Light Practices/ Ceremonies

Watch and listen to the recordings below and experiment with most of the suggested ways to engage Light consciously.
Practice for week 4:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. Experiment with one or more of the ways to strengthen your Third Eye Chakra.

3. What came from your journaling exercise in week 1?

Spend at least 20 minutes doing the Inner Alchemy practice with a pattern where you know you fall back into judgment toward yourself or others, and return yourself back to the Unity consciousness your heart is yearning for.

Practice for this month

Tune in to your Crown Chakra daily.
Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space.

Below is the Crown Chakra Breath Meditation.
Practice for week 1

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced seventh chakra can lead to selfishness, skepticism, arrogance and materialism. It can
lead to flightiness, spiritual bypassing, difficulty in acting on ideas and being ungrounded. I can lead to letting
attachments, opinions and positions block us from our natural connection with the Divine, from higher guidance, from the experience of Oneness and true freedom.

Ask yourself and journal on:

- What mental concepts or patterns of protection (as mentioned in your journaling prompt) are holding me back from experiencing the Oneness I trust is there for me? Be specific, e.g. the opinion that ...

FEEL it in your body and release it through Inner Alchemy in your own space or bring it into a session with me.

- When I sit back and feel into the fact that I came to this place called Earth and at this time we are in, what do I feel DEVOTED to?

- What is my relationship with FAITH?

Month One

The Star Spiral - for protection, boundaries and healing
The book I mentioned at the beginning of the call: The Gene Keys by Richard Rudd
Practices for week 3:

1. Continue your daily meditation with your first chakra.

2. Do an inventory: What is most out of balance or alignment in relationship with the Root Chakra:
Your physical health? A biological family dynamic? Your home? Your sense of belonging?
Are your basic needs met?

3. Journaling exercise: SACRED INTENT

Practice for week 4:

1. Continue breathing with this chakra.

2. Perform a Despacho Ceremony (despacho means to dispatch).

- offer a last prayer of thanksgiving and close the space and ceremony in this way
Month Three

Practice for this month:

Tune in to your sacral chakra daily. Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space.

Tune in to your Solar Plexus Chakra daily. Breathe into it, sense into the surrounding tissues, increasing your awareness of and energy in this space.

1. Contemplative journaling:
An imbalanced third chakra can carry blame, repressed anger and resentment, victimhood.
Ask yourself:
What do I blame myself or others for?
